Captain's Colossus 1-Pound Burger Press

The Captain's Colossus Burger Press is designed for those times when an ordinary burger just isn't enough. It forms a massive, consistent 1-pound burger patty that's ready for the grill, cast iron skillet, or freezer.
I designed the Colossus after using my original Captain's Classic Burger Press and wanting the same simple process for making a truly massive burger.

How to use:
Place your ground beef into the forming ring, press firmly with the included press, and remove your finished patty. It's that simple.
Care Instructions:
Hand wash only with warm water and mild soap. Not dishwasher safe. Keep away from high-heat surfaces.
