Every Captain Carnivore product is personally made, assembled, and inspected by me in North Idaho before it ships. I stand behind every product I sell, and my goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 30 days of delivery.

I'll work with you to make it right.

Exchanges

If there's a problem with your order, I'll work with you to find the best solution, whether that's a replacement, exchange, or another appropriate resolution.
