I started Captain Carnivore because I believe eating quality meat shouldn't require spending a fortune. My goal is simple: help people prepare affordable, high-quality meals with tools I personally design, test, and use every day.

Every product starts the same way.

An idea in my workshop.

I design it.

I prototype it.

I use it in my own kitchen.

I improve it.

Only then do I offer it to other carnivores and home cooks.
