Our Commitment

I stand behind every Captain Carnivore product I sell. Every product is personally made, assembled, and inspected by me in North Idaho before it ships.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 30 days of delivery. I'll work with you to determine the best solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error on my part or a product that arrived damaged or defective.
